These Terms & Conditions form the principles under which we conduct business with our customers and clients. We refer to ourselves, The Mama’s n Baba’s, throughout this document variously as or “We” or “Our”. We refer to you, our customer or client, throughout this document as “You” or “Your”. The normal conventions of English capitalisation and grammar apply to these definitions throughout the document. For example we may refer to “your order” or “our invoice”. When we refer to weeks or months it means calendar weeks or calendar months respectively.


These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time.  All changes will be effective immediately upon posting changes on the website. It is the responsibility of all customers to be familiar with the latest terms and conditions. Your on-going use of The Mama’s n Baba’s services signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions.


The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


For standard delivery, we charge all payments on cash upon delivery of goods. There are no hidden charges apply.


  • Refund/Exchange will be made within 10 days.
  • Refunds will be made directly into your bank account within 7 working days.
  • Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery (i.e. courier or registered post) on his own expense after informing us. Delivery Charges will not be refunded in any case.
  • Colors may vary upon delivery of your merchandise, variation of colors are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy.
  • Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
  • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you
